This PADI Freediving course is the second step to understand why diving in apnea is very well-appreciated in the world of diving. In fact, with this course, you would progress in 3 steps:
> Theory section where you would be able to learn the principles of diving in apnea
During this step you will mainly learn about the freediving physics. It’s very interesting to discover how depth can affect all your senses and how you body react to freedive immersion
Pool Sessions where you would be able to learn breathing techniques for which you would put into practise: Static Apnea ( objective : 90 seconds) and dynamic apnea ( objective : 25 meters). The objective in confined water it’s to make you using to hold your breath while swimming and improved your apnea skills. After that, it will be way more easier for you to reach the depths in open water freedive session.
> Open water sessions with an objective of constant weight apnea of 10 meters.
Once you got the skill to reach PADI freediver objectives, you can go in open water and put in practice all you just learnt to reach 10 meters deep and start feeling the sensations of freedivers.
